Fishbowl discussion is a focused discussion in which participation requires movement. Six chairs of which five are occupied and one is empty. The goal is to have an animated discussion on a given topic wherein participation requires the empty chair be occupied. Upon all six chairs being occupied, one of the original members of the panel must leave his or her chair to make room for new opinion and insight. The goal is a dynamic and interesting discussion between various parties. The audience can enjoy the show or join in on the foray. It is a chance to voice your opinion and show your know-how.
